A RETRO SAPPHIRE, RUBY AND 18K GOLD "PASSE-PARTOUT" CHOKER, BY VAN CLEEF & ARPELS
Designed as two detachable cushion-shaped blue or yellow sapphire flowerheads with ruby or sapphire cluster centres and polished gold leaves to the tubogas neckchain, circa 1940, with French assay marks (with fittings to wear each flowerhead as a clip brooch) in a Van Cleef & Arpels white leather case
