With gilt finished lever movement, repeating on two gongs, the white enamel dial with Breguet numerals, decoratively pierced arrow hands, the rectangular case with translucent purple enamel on guilloché background, white enamel lined borders, on amethyst feet, repeating mechanism operated by pressing the cabochon amethyst-set plunger in the top, with Cartier leather case and key, case numbered, dial signed Cartier and movement signed Nocturna
