Brussels, circa 1790, maker's mark illegible
On three hoof feet with vacant cartouche terminals, the plain pear-shaped body with covered spout and part-wood side handle, the domed hinged cover with scroll thumbpiece and baluster finial, engraved with initials C.D.J., marked on reverse
