Comprising a necklace, designed as two detachable graduated cushion-shaped ruby festoons with old European-cut diamond oval-link spacers and hoop shoulders to the similar backchain; and a pair of ear-pendants en suite, circa 1930, 44.5 cm. (one ear-pendant set with two smaller synthetic rubies, two diamonds deficient, festoons detachable as two 18.0 cm. and 19.5 cm. bracelets)
With certificate 31730 dated 25/3/1998 from the SSEF Swiss Gemmological Institute stating that thirty-four rubies are of Burmese origin and show no indications of thermal treatment and two rubies (in one of the ear-pendants) are synthetic (2)
