Of rectangular form on bracket feet, with tied husk borders, the front and reverse with silver cartouche engraved with coat-of-arms and presentation inscription, flanked by silver pilasters at each corner, plain silver rim and carved with grotesqu mask and floral garlands, with silver lion mask and ring drop side handles, the hinged cover with finial formed as figure of St Duthac, inscribed `St. Beatus est Duthacus' with padded silk interior
