An Imari teapot and cover and a bowl
18th and 19th Century
The globular teapot painted on one side with chrysanthemum and on the other with peony, the slightly domed cover moulded with a small flower-head, applied with knop finial (spout reduced), 10 cm high; and a bowl with rounded sides, the central medallion with a stylised flower-head surrounded by radiating alternate sprays of dahlia's and peony, repeated on the exterior, 25 cm diam.
