The circular base with polychrome enamelled and foliate decorated mounts, high-domed and rising to a baluster stem and with wide plain cuppa, the domed cover with putto on barrel finial, all-over decorated with polychrome cloisonné enamelled scenes in cartouches of playing children in a landscape flanked by foliage and trophees against light green ground
