The shaded brick-red field with a stylised vase at each end issuing widely spaced angular floral motifs, the stepped shaped blue spandrels with rosettes and serrated leaves, in a red border of alternating sandy yellow and ivory gabled cartouches containing turtle palmette motifs and flowering vine between dusty pink and charcoal-black rosette and chequered stripes, even wear, scattered repairs, end stripes rewoven, replaced selvages
