The blackcurrant-red field with dense floral sprays around diagonal rows of roundels formed of reciprocal tulip panels containing floral sprays enclosing tan floral centres, divided by smaller cusped indigo roundels with floral sprays radiating from rosettes, in an indigo border of floral sprays meandering between cusped floral panels between blackcurrant-red floral meander and buff flowering vine stripes, the upper end with an inscription cartouche, plain outer blackcurrant-red stripe
