A Viennese giltmetal and enamel-mounted ebonised triptych cabinet-on-stand
Late 19th Century
Mounted overall with rectangular, circular and shaped pictorial and floral enamel plaques, the upper section with a galleried dome flanked by a pair of putti above three shelves, with panels depicting mythological and romantic scenes, flanked by a pair of spiral turned columns and a galleried shelf to each side, each with a putti, above a cupboard door and drawer, the interior with three drawers decorated with plaques showing the months of the year, the lower section with a moulded edge above a rounded frieze with plaques, fitted with two drawers, on tapering baluster columns joined by an 'X'-stretcher centred by a putto, on bun feet
