The frosted gilt three-quarter plate movement with free sprung bimetallic balance, English lever escapement, ruby endstone, finely engraved balance cock, jewelled to the third with screwed chatons, repeating on two gongs by operating a slide in the band, the off-white enamel Willis dial, Roman numerals, subsidiary seconds, blued steel spade hands, in plain half-hunter case with engraved coat-of-arms, casemaker's mark JW, with associated presentation box, movement and dial signed and numbered
