Two gem-set novelty brooches by Cartier
One designed as a twin-engined aeroplane in flight, the body channel-set with diamonds, ruby-set front windows and a cabochon ruby collet-set to one wing tip, a cabochon sapphire to the other, French control marks, fitted Cartier box together with an articulating petal single flowerhead brooch, the raised centre surmounted by a lapis lazuli bead with square-cut emerald terminal.
