Each with a pierced rectangular back of shells, S-scrolls and acanthus, between turned baluster uprights with turned finials, one with a pierced shell and acanthus-scrolled cresting the other with a pierced cresting centred by a vase of flowers, above a rectangular padded seat covered in red foliate damask, one chair with acanthus-scrolled serpentine legs joined by a turned baluster stretcher and a pierced arched front stretcher centred by a shell and the other chair with cabriole legs joined by a conforming stretcher, the front stretcher centred by a vase of flowers, with scroll feet, restorations, one chair with one later seat-rail, central baluster stretcher and with later blocks, the other chair with later blocks, restorations (2)
