The later oval bevelled plate within a ribbon-tied and reeded slip, flanked by oak-leaf branches each with a perching bird, above four oak-leaf branches terminating in leafy nozzles above a dog looking upwards and seated on a pierced C-scroll and rocaille apron, the cresting with further oak-leaf branches surmounted by a squirrel, restorations and replacements to the peripheral ornament
