The rounded rectangular crossbanded moulded top, inlaid with boxwood and ebonised lines, on a ratcheted support, with a brown leather-lined candle-slide to each side, above a fitted frieze drawer with sliding brown leather-lined writing-surface above various wells, two with lids, on square chamfered legs headed by pierced angle-brackets, with brass castors, restorations, two angle-brackets replaced, the ratcheted support and the removable book-stop replaced
