The Four Seasons

These four pictures, by a seventeenth century Flemish hand, are based on the Four Seasons by Jacopo Bassano, now in the Kunsthistorisches Museum, Vienna (A. Ballarin, Jacopo Bassano. Scritti 1964-1995, Padua, 1995, I, part 1, pp. 354-5, and I, part 2, pp. 139-44).
