A Tournai blue and white ewer and basin
Circa 1785, painter's blue j mark and incised M and PR monogram to ewer, incised f to basin
The ewer of baluster form with a waisted foot, the helmet-shaped lip with a band of entwined ribbons interspersed at intervals with flowerheads below a dentil double line rim, the border of the navette-shaped basin similarly decorated (basin with slight scratching)
