With hinged lid, the top divided into eight lobed panels with turquoise outlines each containing pink floral sprays flanking an inset green stone, the eight panels radiating from a central similar stellar medallion with inset red stone, the sides with floral or bird panels within double oval leafy borders, the interior of both base and cover engraved with an exuberant radiating flowerhead issuing leafy sprays and within a leafy meander border
