PROBABLY KIRMAN, SOUTH EAST PERSIA, SECOND HALF 17TH CENTURY
Of deep rounded form with slightly everted rim on short short foot, the white interior painted in lustre with a central roundel depicting a pair of peacocks amongst floral sprays, the sides with stylised streams with fish ponds flanked by a variety of floral sprays and stylised trees, the exterior with bold lustre floral sprays and flying cranes on a deep cobalt-blue ground, rim chip, hair cracks with slight associated stains
