CAST FROM THE MODEL BY HENRI VARENNE, CIRCA 1895

Two other vases by Henri Varenne (1860-1933) are in the collection of the museum of Blois, in France amongst other of his works. Sèvres did produce some of his works, otherwise Henri Varenne was known for his medals.
