The cabinet doors decorated with a courtly scene with a king below a canopy, with pierced foliate-engraved hinges and lockplates enclosing an interior of eleven 'nashiji'-lined drawers decorated with figures and buildings, the reverse of the doors with trees and birds, on a giltwood stand with pierced foliate frieze with baskets of flowers, and on pierced tapering legs swagged with flowers and joined by x-shaped stretchers on gadrooned feet, splits to doors and losses to base, the base and cabinet associated
