The crossbanded rectangular moulded top above two short and two long drawers inlaid with panels of floral marquetry, the later stand with plain frieze and cabriole legs and plain frieze, the top reveneered, reduced in height
43¾ in. (111 cm.) wide; 39½ in. (100 cm.) high; 18¼ in. (47 cm.) deep

Possibly William, 3rd Baron Bolton (1818-1895).
Possibly by descent until sold in 1935 with Hackwood to William Berry, 1st Viscount Camrose (d.1954).

Possibly the 1905 Inventory, The Entrance Hall: 'A 3ft. 9in. marqueterie commode chest of 4 drawers on raised feet Temp William and Mary'.
