19th Century, the first with blue interlaced L mark
Comprising:
A Sèvres-pattern blue-ground shaped rectangular box and cover painted with figures and swags of flowers within gilt foliage cartouches (cover damaged), 5in. (12.7cm.) wide; and a Dresden rectangular box and cover with rounded ends, painted with figures in wooded landscapes within moulded gilt scroll cartouches, the underside of the cover and the base with flower-sprays, 3¾in. (9.6cm.) wide (2)
