In the Louis XIV Style, Circa 1880
Comprising a clock and a pair of ten-light candelabra: the clock with domed top, the enamel dial signed Raingo Fres/Paris, the twin-train movement with countwheel strike on a bell, on four scrolled supports terminating with winged sphinx monopodia, the front and back with pierced foliate decoration centred by a mask, on a shaped rectangular foliate-cast base and toupie feet; the candelabra conforming, each with ten scrolled branches
The clock: 22 in. (55.7 cm.) wide; 28 in. (71 cm.) high; 11¾ in. (29.8 cm.) deep
The candelabra: 34¾ in. (88.3cm.) high (3)
