The bronze jardinière with waisted neck and body cast with flying cranes, above a waisted stem, a dragon coiling around its foot, with character mark to the underside, on a shaped square top with scroll design border, inscribed to the side F. BARBEDIENNE, on tied 'bamboo' supports mounted with dragons, on shaped 'bamboo' feet mounted with terrapins
