The fluted pedestal case surmounted by a scantily-clad bacchante with a pair of playful putti, the enamel dial with a pierced gilt hands, signed L. Marchand et G. Delesalle/A Paris/Rue des Archives 10, the twin-train movement with countwheel striking on a bell, on shaped base with projecting ends each surmounted by an urn finial, on toupie and flat feet
