A pair of ormolu-mounted Sevres-pattern turquoise-ground vases and covers

Each with fluted domed cover with berry finial and decorated with a band of flowers, above the pierced foliate-cast rim, the waisted fluted neck above a tapering body, decorated to the front with a panel depicting two women and a man in 18th century costume, with foliate gilt border, and to the back with a spray of flowers within a similar border, with a pair of acanthus and berry-cast scroll handles, on circular spreading foot with moulded guilloche band and decorated with a band of flowers, with laurel-cast edge, on shaped base
