The crossbanded demi-lune top inlaid with an inner fan issuing husks from the corners and an outer fan with flower and trellis band and edged in ebony and boxwood chequerbanding, above a simulated triglyph frieze interspersed with oval panels, on square tapering legs headed with flower and husk trails and on spade feet, the reverse stamped twice '7898' and chalked '7708', the legs repositioned
