The oviform lower section with six vertical panels each enclosing a sprig-moulded figure of Buddha seated on a lotus throne above a leaping lion, each panel divided by three raised lines resembling bamboo, below mask roundels at the sloping shoulder, the waisted neck applied with two small ring handles below the horizontal ribs and flaring mouth, all covered in a densely-crackled transparent pale celadon glaze, base partially infilled
