The first Mei: Koa Isshin Mantetsu saku, Showa kibi haru, Meiji Period (20th Century), the second mumei, Edo Period (17th Century)
The first blade honzukuri, iorimune with chugissaki, slight torii zori, forging pattern nashiji, tempered edge suguha of nioi, kaeri boshi, tang ubu, 266in. (66.5cm.), in a wood scabbard, lacquer chipped and missing kurikata; and the second blade honzukuri, iorimune, chugissaki with slight torii zori, forging pattern itame and tempered edge suguha, maru-boshi, in a black saya, cotton wrapped tsuka with menuki of a Hannya mask and hammer, the fuchi-kashira decorated with stylized clouds in shakudo hirazogan, the fuchi with signature Yokoya Somin, an oval tsuba decorated with a man in a house in iroe takazogan, and a kozuka decorated with butterflies, all fittings in copper, Edo Period (19th Century) (2)
