The baluster shaped vase decorated in iroe hirazogan, takazogan, sukidashibori, kebori with an inlaid anemone and leaves and a red lichee issuing from the branch, the shoulder finely inlaid with a band of stylised butterflies, the foot rim similarly decorated with stylised scrolling foliage motifs
