Of a karako standing on a sugurokuban [backgammon board] to make himself seem taller, wearing a Hannya mask as he pops out from behind a tsuitate to frighten his two friends, one of whom is hiding his head in his hands in fright and the other expecting "Hannya" to appear around the other end of the screen, the tsuitate carved on one side with a tiger and on the other with a dragon and clouds, the pupils of the Hannya mask inlaid in dark horn
