The frosted gilt three-quarter plate chain fusee movement jewelled to the centre with screwed chatons, engraved cock with diamond endstone, flat blued steel hairspring with overcoils, bimetallic balance with English lever escapement on a revolving platform, the white enamel dial with Roman numerals, outer seconds ring calibrated in fifths of a second, blued steel spade hands and sweep centre seconds, in plain silver case with gold hinges and bow, hinged cuvette, in contemporary three-tier mahogany observation box, with signed and numbered plaque, case, dial and movement signed and numbered
