with golden mohair, square snout, black stitched nose, mouth and claws, swivel head, jointed limbs and cream cloth pads --20in. (51cm.) tall, 1930s (lacks eyes, slight overall wear, a little dirty)

Provenance
This bear's original and existing owner became the first woman to sail the Atlantic singlehanded in both directions in a monohull. Although this bear did not join her on the voyage he has enjoyed a somewhat unconventional life with her.
His eyes were removed the a concerned mother when the bear was first purchased.
