modelled standing wearing 18th century dress, the young man leaning against a tree stump, a duck in his left hand and a basket at his feet, his companion holding a teapot in one hand and a cup in the other, painted in shades of blue, on rocky mounded oval bases, blue crossed swords and raised pad mark, circa 1880 (damage and restoration) -- 31cm. high
