The cannelee case with foliate engraved silvered mask to the white enamel Roman chapter disc with Arabic five minutes, blued moon hands, with alarm disc below, silvered lever platform to bimetallic balance, stamped twice for VWB, repeat stamp and numbered 561 to backplate with rack and snail work, strike/repeat/alarm on bell to base; case re-gilt
