The arched hood with recessed oval panel and brass ball and spire finials, outset fluted columns, the crossbanded breakarch trunk door flanked by reeded and chamfered angles, with wavy skirting to the (cut) plinth, the white dial with gilt scrolls to the arch, green spandrels with white reserves, subsidiary seconds ring with date aperture to the centre, pierced steel hands and rubbed signature, repainting to chapters, with falseplate to four pillar rack striking movement with anchor escapement, replaced seatboard
