The case with pineapple finial to the stepped and chamfered top, brass tracery sound frets to the sides below ring handles issuing from flowerhead mounts, with ripple moulded cornices and on bun feet, brass-lined chamfered front angles flanking brass fielded quarter panels, silvered dial with steel moon hands, the twin chain fusee movement with anchor escapement and strike on bell
