The gorge case with wavy engine-turned mask to the white enamel Roman chapter disc with Arabic five minutes, subsidiary alarm disc below (hairline crack), blued hands, with conforming engine-turned frame to oval viewing panel for silvered lever platform with cut-bimetallic balance, strike/repeat/alarm on two gongs to backplate stamped 4688, with three-position sonnerie adjustment lever to underside; case re-gilt
