standing four square on a rectangular base, wearing a bridle, saddle and saddle cloth, facing forwards, the head slightly tilted to the left, part decorated in a streaked amber glaze, some red pigments remaining -- 20½in. (52cms) high, (areas of restoration).See Back Cover Illustration.

Thermoluminescence Test number 766q35 is consistent with the dating of this lot.
