A pair of gilt-metal mounted Sèvres style 'jewelled' turquoise ground vases and two covers
each shield shaped vase painted with a courting shepherd and shepherdess within a canted rectangular surround, the turquoise ground enamelled with red, green and white 'jewels', the reverse with a pastoral view, the sides and socle moulded with gilt enriched acanthus, raised on canted square base, the covers matched (some jewels missing) -- 37cm. high
