A late 19th century French Louis XVI style fourteen-piece dressing service
with reed and ribbon beading and scrolls, comprising:- a hand mirror; two hair brushes; two clothes brushes; two circular powder boxes and covers; a small circular mounted cut-glass powder jar and cover; two mounted cut-glass oblong boxes and covers; a pair of mounted glass toilet water bottles and stoppers, decorated with openwork festoons; a similar scent bottle and stopper - 13.5cm high; and a mounted glass atomiser, (lacking fittings), each piece engraved with a lozenge and cypher by Aucoc, Paris, circa 1900, 32oz weighable silver.
