A large famille rose jardiniere with moulded Buddhistic lion head handles, painted to the exterior with phoenix perched on rockwork among peonies, daisies and further flowers below a lappet border decorated with flowersprays on whorl pattern grounds -- 18in. (45.7cm) diam, 18th century.
