Lot Essay

The topographical subjects in the first album include the Menai Bridge, Carrick-a-Rede Ireland, Harpers Ferry Junction of the Rivers Shenandoah & Potomac and a number of Alpine and Irish views. The flower studies, though unsigned, show considerable skill (see illustration on back cover).
