A Ming green and ochre glazed pottery model of a horse and groom
the saddled and bridled horse standing four square on a rectangular base facing forwards with its head slightly lowered, the groom standing on a hexagonal base wearing a tunic tied at the waist and a high conical hat, with one arm straight and the other held out to the side -- the groom 16in. (40.5cm.) high, 16th/17th Century, (some restoration and old wear).
