A Chinese blue and white flaring beaker vase
painted with peonies and chrysanthemums issuing from pierced rockwork -- 7½in. (19cms) high, (hairline rim crack); a blue and white flaring gu vase with panels of birds among flowers and rockwork -- 6in. (15.2cms) high, (small rim chips); a blue and white cylindrical vase with blossoming branches -- 4¾in. (12cms) high; a blue and white baluster vase and cover similarly decorated -- 5½in. (14cms) high, (cover broken and restuck); and a blue and white pear shaped bottle vase with precious objects -- 7in. (17.8cms) high, 18th century.
