A Chinese blue and white dish
with barbed rim, painted with radiating petal shaped panels of peonies, chrysanthemums and blossoming branches issuing from rockwork, the centre with a lotus flower roundel -- 14.5/8in. (37.6cms) diam, (rim chips and nibbles, small hairline crack); and a blue and white dish with border panels of asters enclosing five scattered flowerheads on a scrolling foliate ground -- 10¾in.
