the bowl with a half length portrait of Christ exposing the Bleeding Heart and the Stigmata, flanked by the intitals AW, within circular frame inscribed I WILL BLESS THE HOUSES IN WHICH THE IMAGE OF MY HEART SHALL BE EXPOSED AND HONOURED within quatrefoil cartouche reserved with panels inscribed JHS, Honour, Love, Reparation the reverse with the sacred monogram repeated and entwined with the Cross and the Crown of Thorns, flanked by pendant bouquets of hops and vines, on plain stem and circular foot with an undulating band of shamrocks, late 19th century -- 20cm. high

The inscription is that of the founding visionary of the Order, St. Margaret Mary Alacoque. While the Sacred Monogram is usually IHS (Iesus Hominum Salvator) in this example it is HS (Jesum Habemus Socium)
