With part of two rows of an invocation painted in blue-green hieroglyphs on an ochre background reading "An offering which the King makes to Anubis on his mountain ... and to Ra, the Lord of Heaven ...", remains of cream paint on the reverse (interior) and brick-red on the upper edge, two carpenters' wooden joining dowels in situ at the left edge, repaired, mounted
