A small collection of Old Sheffield plate:-
a rare waxjack or taperholder on beaded, domed base with a rotating spring clip, (finial detached but present) - 16cm high, circa 1790; a set of four oblong salts on ball feet with blue glass liners, circa 1805 - 6.5cm x 9cm; a pair of wine coasters with turned wooden bases and low reeded sides, (lacking guard rails), circa 1800; another pair of wine coasters with gadrooned borders, turned wooden bases and inset bases, circa 1810 - 15cm dia; and a chamberstick and snuffer.
